2. Spa Services and Appointments
- Bookings: Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or in person at the spa. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and treatment.
- Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.
- Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time, as we accommodate all guests on schedule. Full treatment costs will still apply.
3. Payment and Pricing
- Payment: Payments for treatments and services can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash. All transactions must be completed before the treatment begins.
- Pricing: All service prices are listed on our website and at the spa. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect any pre-booked appointments.
4. Health Conditions and Special Requirements
- Health Conditions: It is the responsibility of the client to inform our staff of any health issues, medical conditions, or allergies before receiving any treatments. This includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or skin sensitivities.
- Special Requirements: Please let us know if you have any special requirements (such as mobility issues) when booking your appointment, so we can ensure you receive the best care possible.
5. Gift Vouchers and Promotions
- Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers purchased from Surah International Spa must be presented at the time of treatment and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotions: Any promotions, discounts, or offers are subject to the terms specified at the time of the offer. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, and each promotion has a specific validity period.
6. Spa Etiquette
- Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth and relaxing experience.
- Mobile Phones: To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that mobile phones be kept on silent during your visit.
- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Lockers are provided for your convenience, but valuables should be left at home.
7. Liability
- Personal Injury: Surah International Spa takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our clients. However, clients use our services at their own risk, and the spa is not liable for any injury or damage caused during treatments.
- Loss or Damage: Surah International Spa is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought to the spa.
8. Refund Policy
All treatments and services provided by Surah International Spa are non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us immediately, and we will strive to resolve the issue.
9. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our services or treatments without prior notice. Clients with affected bookings will be notified and given the option to reschedule or choose an alternative service.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Surah International Spa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
